What Does Fluid In Ear After Finishing Antibiotic Course Indicate?

I am getting over an ear Infection, and just finished amoxicillin. I still have fluid in the left ear, but now I have symptoms similar to a cold (swollen tonsils, congestion...). Is it ok to return to school tomorrow, or is this related to the infection? It might be separate?

Well come to HCM
Most of the ear discharge due to the allergic condition with pre-exiting condition of tympanic perforation and infection may not be cause if the discharge is not purulent with foul smell, if this is not infection then one can go to school, ENT opinion is must to differentiate this, take care.
