What Does Fluttering And Floaters Like Glares After Cataract Surgery Mean?

I had cataract surgery 3 months ago...I have this horrible fluttering and glare...no it is not anywhere near something that my brain can learn to live with, like floaters... He says IOL is in place...really? I am an Acute care RN for many years...cannot take care of patients with this distraction...what should I do?

all said and done post cataract surgery experience is different. counselling is required to under stand. for example you loose accommodation for future.
