What Does Follicular Study Rt Ovary :17x15 Mms ,Lt Ovary :08x06 Mms Indicate

I have done follicular study for last month & currently I am undergoing same for 2nd month. My LMP was on 19th July 2014. In my last follicular study findings were, on Day-9 Rt ovary :12x10 mms ,Lt ovary :21x20 mms & endometrium was 6mms For the current month findings, on Day-5 Rt ovary :17x15 mms ,Lt ovary :08x06 mms & endometrium is 6mms What is the probability of me concieving & which is tha appropraite period for mating?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Once either of the follicle reachers around 2 *2 cm size there is possibility for ovulation. Once it reaches sufficient size you can take beta HCG injection for release of the ovum. After taking the injection it will take around 24 to 36 hours for release of the ovum. You have to plan unprotected intercourse around the time of ovulation which will increase the possibility of pregnancy.
