Hello,

As you have bad smelling discharge from the ears and also there is feeling of water sound in the ear is due to fluid behind the eardrum. The reduced hearing is also due to it. It can be due to infection in the ear. So my suggestion is to consult an ENT surgeon and get evaluated, and a thorough clinical examination should be done.

You can be advised manual drainage of ears followed by placement of pressure equalization tubes, so that continues drainage establish. Along with it a course of antibiotics and decongestant nasal drops can be used.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Honey Arora
