Hello , I am Dr Mody.
If your age is nearing menopause and your menstrual cycle have become irregular all the symptoms you describe fit into peri menopausal syndrome caused by changes in hormonal balance of your body .
I would reassure you that it's transition phase and the symptoms will wean off as your body gets accustomed to new hormonal milleau.
Let me know if any clarification needed .
