ther is an ill defined area of hypodensity seen at the left temporal pole and in the left temporo-parietal cortx with IIU approching that of CSF with loss of underlying gyral defination. IMPRESSION: Finding are suggestive of gliosis in the left temporal and temporo parietal lobe-post trumatic appearances

Findings suggest gliosis in left temporal-parietal region and this condition doesn't need any specific treatment.It is an healed stage and patient only need symptomatic treatment.
Gliosis may be due to many reasons like trauma,infection etc.In your case,it is most likely due to trauma.Gliosis is a reparative mechanism in brain.
