What Does Golf Ball Sized Blood Clots While Urinating During Menstruation Indicate?

i m trying to figure out whats going on. my menstraul cycle is two days early this month (i m assuming), but when i urinate theres gulf ball size blood clots coming out, but there is no blood on the pad. besides that i had been having a gulf ball size knot down there for the past month. it doesnt really hurt unless i have sexual intercourse or if i move the wrong way and it gets irritated. i dont think this is normal, but i dont have any medical insurance so im trying to see can you guys help first
