What Does Grade 2 High Lying Right Posterolateral Placenta From Ultrasound Suggest?

I had my ultrasound 2 weeks ago and it s saying cervical length is 2.8 cm but i was still 21 weeks pregnant at that time and now i m on my 23rd. Is it something to worry about? Also it s saying grade II high lying right posterolateral placenta. Hope you can help!
