What Does Growth In Uterus Imply?

I have a growth in my uterus and one on my ovary. I have been on Depropravara for 9 years taken every 6 weeks as I had endometriosis really bad. My mom had growths on her ovaries at my age and they were removed. Later about 9 months she died. all tests came back fine till the growths were removed and the ovarian cancer spread throughout her body. All tests biopsyies and blood work always came back normal.
