What Does Growth Of Blonde Hair On The Eyelids Mean?

Hi, I am 40 years old, and today I noticed many tiny blond hairs are growing on my upper eyelids, above the lash line but below the crease. They have never been there before. I have a swelling of my septum that started 2 weeks ago, and I am seeing an ENT specialist next Tuesday. Could they be related? The only info I can find online about the hair growth on eyelids is that it could be caused by a cancer. I m not sure what type of doctor to start with or what to ask them to look for. Any ideas where to start or whether I should be truly concerned?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It is unrelated to septal problem. It might be an early sign of grey. Generally, no definite treatment is required. If the lesion persists better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
