What Does Growth Plate Fuse To Stop Growing?

Hey there. I am a 21 year old male. I am 1.55 m tall. I would just like to know if it is possible for me to continue growing or if my growth plates have already closed. Alot of the websites that I have been to tell me that between 18 and 21 is when the growth plate fuse. Some say 25. Could you provide me with more info? Thanks :).
