What Does Haemoglobin Level Of 7.9 Indicate?

Hi...I am 9th month 10 days pregnant but my haemoglobin level is 7.9 ....Doctor suggested for 5 isucro injections for alternate days... Please suggest me how can I improve my haemoglobin level soon to reduce risk during delivery...I am worried about this please suggest me.

Hi Thanks for posting on hcm.
Since you are already 9 months the best way is to take injections if it doesn't increase with the injections the ultimate will be blood transfusion but is not recommended before trying the injections.
Tablets and others take a long time over months for your hb to be normalised.
I recommend you to follow your doctor's advise and take the injections.
