What Does Hair Loss Along With Dark Urination And Fatigue Indicate?

I am a 48 yr old female with a multitude of symptoms. In past month most striking, hair loss, dark urine, waves of fatigue then ok and in past 2 days feet swelled, ankles swelled and calves swollen and rock hard. Is this kidney failure? Can I go to doctor or do I need ER?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You should go to the doctor and do blood investigations and urine analysis. It could be due to renal disease.

I also need any history to make the diagnosis precisely.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhadresh Lakhani
