What Does Hard, Painful Lump On Left Side Of Face With Swollen Lymph Node Suggest?

i think my face might be infected, i have a large hard very painful lump on the left side of my face it feels like its full of pressure like a pimple but doesnt come to a head and each day that it is there the lymph node in my neck on the left side of my face becomes more tender and swollen as well

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this could be infective lymph node, if there is no pus formation and just swelling is there then this can be best managed with NSAID (Non-steroid Anti-inflammatory drug) and best drug would be Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day, if pus is there then this need to be managed with anti-biotic and drug of choice Amoxicillin 500 mg three times in day, hope this information helps take care.
