What Does Having Emotional Imbalance And Lack Of Focus In Children Indicate?

I was a pre-mature baby, kept in a oxygen-crib, and I had to be bathed in olive oil for first 6 months of life. Between me and my brother, our weight combined, was 5 lb. I was always sickly as a child and have always had emotional difficulties and learning difficulty education standard grade 6 primary school.. Is it likely that I have suffered a brain impairment.
