Hi,

If this is first time its happening there is nothing to worry. Since all the endometrium was not shed during first bleeding the remaining tissues have come out through second bleeding.

Regards

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
Looking to your age this could be a starting of menopause, and if this is the thing then you will be facing the irregularities in menses but this is nothing to worry about this, will settle down soon not need to take any medicine right now, if the problem increases then need to be seen by doctor, have nice day.
