What Does Headache Along With Body Ache And Fatigue Indicate?

Hi, for the past several days, I have had the following symptoms: headache, joint pain, body aches, fatigue, daytime sleepiness. Today when I woke up I also felt faint and had diarrhea. I almost never get sick, but have been working very hard for the past three months, including weekends. What do I have and do I just need to rest or should I see a doctor?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

In my opinion, you should definitely consult doctor and get done blood reports like CBC (complete blood count), calcium, vitamin D3 and B 12 levels. You might be having anemia or deficiency office any of these nutrients. You may need supplements. Rest, good nutrition are also important. Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
