General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It looks like you are suffering from allergic rhinitis. It is caused due to allergy of any kind like fumes, pollen, weather changes, perfumes or paint fumes. Take non-sedating antihistamine (Levocetirizine) once or twice daily for 5-7 days depending upon the severity of your symptoms. It can also be due to viral infections or sinusitis. take antibiotics, Ibuprofen & Decongestants. Visit ER & get an X-ray PNS done to screen out sinusitis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K.
