What Does Headache On Right Side And Urge To Faint Indicate?

My son has been to the ER twice this week complaining of pain in the rear rt side of his head, the sense of fainting when he turns his head left or rt, and he also feels as though he's going to pass out when sitting or standing. the ER physician dx him w/ labryithitis, gave him a antihistamine but he still has no relief. this is day 3.

Hello.
He needs an MRI of his neck to look for a disc problem that could be causing all of this. If the ER doctor didn't get an MRI of his brain that also needs to be done to rule out a brain tumor or a bleed
