What Does Headache Stomach Cramps With Cyst In Ovary Suggest?

I have had a headache in the front of my head for 3 days.I was recently seen at a local ER because of severe stomach cramps, I had a ruptured cyst on one of my ovaries. I am drinking lots of water and trying to stay hydrated, but have no appetite and am very tired

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
