What Does Heart Function At 22 Percent Mean?
I know someone who has been diagnosed with congestive heart failure for over a decade, and with extremely high blood pressure for at least 3 decades now. I was recently informed that his heart function is only at 22%. Without knowing anything else (current BP, etc.) what does that mean exactly?
