What Does Hemiplegia With Word Finding Difficulty Mean?

I was just told at a Dr. appt today that he thinks that I have hemiplagia with wordfinding difficulty, with a secondary diagnosis of encephalopathy and atypical migraines. I have a MRI (without contrast) and an EEG in a couple of weeks. Can you let me know what exactly what that is. I had an episode of transient aphasia with constant headaches since then. I have had headaches for many years, but never like this. Can you please break it down for me.
