hello Mr.Ashok,
Thanks for using HCM.
I have gone through your query.
Basically i need to get your complete lipid profile report to guide you properly.I can say from this report that your cholesterol should be below 150.For this you must avoid fatty food, maintain healthy life style and go for brik walk 30 min per day.
As far as high SGPT is concerned i need to know following things
1.Are you on any medication ?
2.Are you alcoholic ?
3.Did you have jaundice anytime in past ?
I can guide you further having obtained above information,
My best wishes
Dr.Rajesh Teli,MD.
