Hello Haseen. You are right to be concerned about this pregnancy, considering the problems in your first pregnancy. Unfortunately, high blood pressure problems tend to recur in subsequent pregnancies. So, you will have to be regular with your check ups, not only with your obstetrician but also a physician. If I were your doctor, I'd suggest you reduce your salt intake. There are a couple of drugs which are safe in pregnancy and if the blood pressure is kept near normal, there are all the chances that you would have a normal baby at the end of your pregnancy. But keep a regular check, esp. after 16 weeks. I hope I have answered your question.
