What Does High Blood Sugar In Report Suggest?

hello doctr...my dad( age-58yrs) just have done blood glucose test,who have diabetes 4m last 7-8 yrs,so the report on blood glucose as follows;BLOOD SUGER FASTING: 197Mgms/100ml.
FASTING URINE SUGER : PRESENT(+++).POST PRANDIAL BLOOD SUGER : 291Mgms/100ml POST PRANDIAL URINE : PRESENT(+++),so all dis count is more dan normal range,n m 2much worry abt dis,plz tel me is der ne 2much serious issue 4 my dad's health?wat should i do nw???plzzzz.... help me...m waitg yr repl...

As your father diabetic control status is not fair enough. seems to be poor.
he certainly need proper attention and treatment.
proper drugs,diet control,exercise will keep your father diabetes under control.

constant high level of blood sugar will lead to systemic abnormality like damage to the target organs like heart,brain,kidney etc.
HBA1C test will help in assessing average blood sugar level for the past months.
with that report and your father's complaints / associated symptoms kindly consult a diabetologist for proper treatment and management.
