What Does High Fever Along With Diarrhea And Nausea Indicate?

I have been sick since Thursday night...ran a high fever, diarrhea, sick at stomach and was just sitting here a little while ago and noticed my palms were really red also my fingers. I haven t felt quite myself in my head this evening. What could be going on?

High fever plus diarrhea and some mental confusion may be due to dehydration or due to the infection itself. Please rush to emergency for proper assessment and treatment.
