What Does High Fever Along With Pain In The Urethra Indicate?

I have fever at 37.7 or 99.86 now, it s been already 4 days, the highest the fever was the 2nd day at 39.4 or 102.92, the lowest at 37 or 98.6 . Since the beginning of fever I ve been feeling pain in the urethra when I pee. Is my fever caused by urethritis?

According to history provided you are having fever along with urethritis pain. So it is typically suggestive of acute urinary tract infection. According to my opinion you should get further investigated with urine routine microscopic analysis and according to urine report we can plan for the management. Until then empirical antibiotic can be prescribed and take more fruit juice. Consult Urologist for examination and let me know if I can assist you further.
