What Does Homogenous Uterus With Presence Of Fluid In Pelvis Mean?

I had an ultrasound 2day and it stated that my uterus is homogenous and contains and endometrium of .7 min diameter. My right ovary is not seen, my left measures 3.7×2.6×2.1 cm and fluid is seen in my pelvis.I will like to no if I should worry I m 46 yrs and want some light she d b4 I c d doctor on Monday

Uterus appearing homogenous with 0.7mm endometrium is perfectly normal. However fluid in the pelvis is a matter of concern which requires follow up with your OBGYN. Further information about your case history is required to shed further light on this.
