What Does Hyper Sensitivity In The Left Eye Indicate?
My left eye is very sensitive to pressure. This has been for a few days. 3 weeks ago I was punched repeatedly about that side of my head and neck, could this be a result of that and should I see a doctor about it? It feels different from when I have had sinus issues.

It can be mild infection or keratitis can be corneal erosion due to prolonged use of contact lens.Sinus issue does not contribute photo phobia. Take x-ray PNS and if it is sinositis then antrum wash out should be done, if there is punching then it can be brain shacking and there is no brain injury. Visual acuity should be tested in that way it could be just concusion which is just t shaking of brain.Pin point pupil nausea and vomiting .You can differentiate it from brain injury.

It can be hypersensitivity due to mild inflammation keratitis or dry eye. IOT can be measured,if normal then it is not glaucoma. Implantation tonometry may be done if normal then glaucoma is ruled out. Punching might have resulted in concusion just brain shaking. it is different from brain injury. Visual acuity should be done, pupil should be tested and reaction to light be tested.Nausea vomiting can be noted. If absent then it is not brain injury, not related to sinus problem. X-ray PNS should be taken and if sinositis is there then antrum wash out should be done.
