What Does Hypertension Along With Dizziness Indicate?

I think I have hypertension constant headache dizzy lightheaded keeping an eye on BP it fluctuates but imnrealizingbthe bottom number is always staying 80 s and I never had that b4, I m fit I m also celiac so I do watch but I just cannot take these all day pounding headaches I must get to the bottom of this I cannot ignore it anymore
