General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* Immotile sperms may be part of disorder with the microtubules function of the sperms anatomy, which help to make sperms propogate forward from vagina to uterus and fallopian tubes for conceiving purpose.

A testicular biopsy, detailed hormone evaluation, doppler of epididymis and ejaculatory ducts are mandatory.

Be positive , as even if there is single motile sperm, you can become father of a baby after IVF treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
