What Does Incomplete Right Bundle Branch Block In An ECG Report Indicate?

Does incomplete Right bundle branch block in ECG is serious. I am taking BP medicine for last ten years and of 44yrs age. At present I am taking Metosartan 25 and Turbovas 10. My LDL is 48, tryglycaride 63, total cholestorl 103, HDL 48 as per recent test report. I have also some indigestion and gas problem. I get sometimes chest pain or tightness.
