Increased hepatic echo pattern means fatty changes in liver.Fat appears bright in ultrasound Fatty liver is a reversible stage. It is due to excessive deposition of fat within the liver cells. It is good that liver function test is normal. It is important to exclude altered lipid profile. You should increase your physical activity and avoid fried and fatty food. You may need few medicines after full investigations.
