What Does Increasing Pain Under Rib Cage Mean?

I have this pain on my right side just under my rib cage in the back that stays a constent pain then it increases all most like labor pains but Im defently not pregnant the pain started 3 days ago it seems to be worse when im standing or walking plus I feel nasated please help

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion you are having musculoskeletal pain only. But pleural effusion can also cause similar pain. So get done chest x ray to rule out pleural effusion.
If x ray is normal than no need to worry much.
It is mostly muscular pain.
Try to follow these steps for better symptomatic relief in muscular pain.
1. Avoid heavy weight lifting and strenuous exercise.
2. Avoid bad postures in sleep.
3. Avoid movement s causing pain.
4. Start good painkiller and muscle relaxant.
5. Apply warm water pad on affected site.
