Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of swelling and pain in ear which seems to be due to accumulation of fluids and wax in ear. It could be due to fungal infection of ear canal. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to visit ENT specialist once and get it examined and start treatment after proper prescription. Get otoscopic exanation of ears done to find extent of infection. You should maintain cleaniness of ear canal. Do warm saline gargles. You should take proper course of antibiotics. Avoid touching or pricking ears with any sharp object.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
