What Does Indicate Head Ache, Fatigue, Muscle Pin And Sweaty Sleepless Nights?
The past year I have been having headaches, fatigue, sometimes a strong appetite and none at all, I have had trouble with my stomach bowel movements. I am always thirsty. My joints, and muscles always hurt. I get sweaty at night, and tend to have trouble falling back asleep or staying asleep.

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that your symptoms are not the indication of any pathological process but this could be functional in origin, the anxiety and depression could be the cause of these, try to low your stress level and no need to worry about this, take care and have a nice day.
