What Does Indicate Loss Of Appetite And Difficulty In Urination In A Diabetic Patient?

83 years old, 5 ft 2, 185 pounds. Diabetes
Have a hard time to urinate. I usually get up many times at night and now, when I do, very little. Should I go to the doctor ? Have no other symptoms but less appetite, and this maybe of the holidays (leftovers for days)
