What Does Indicate Severe Chest Pressure, Sore Muscles And Constipation?

I have had severe chest pressure for about 2 weeks as well as tightness, pain and sore muscles in the neck and shoulder area. The pressure and pain are most severe when standing up from a resting position. I have also been constipated for about 1 1/2 weeks with a migraine like headache. Previously diagnosed with PVC 2 years ago. Any suggestions?

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that if this is the tight chest feeling then in my opinion this need to be tested with the EKG to rule out the possibility of cardiac disease, for the constipation drink more water and have a fibber containing diet, take care and have a nice day.
