What Does Indicate Sudden Dizziness, Tingling In Legs And Whoosh Noise From Ears?

If this is even real. When I walk around campus and turn my head suddenly I get dizzy/lightheaded and my legs tingle a little bit. I'm relaxing in bed and my ears will sort of make a WHOOSH noise a couple of times randomly. I don't really know what it is, possibly vertigo?

dear sir I understand your concern.your suspension is right it's vertigo meet an Ent doc and take t.vertin 16 mg twice daily for 10 days ....regards
