What Does Indicate Tingling Sensation In Face, Tongue, increase In Thirst And Nausea?

I m feeling hot very often, there is sensation of tingling in my face and even tongue especially upon walking upstairs. My heart has been pounding pretty hard after this as well. I also have noticed an increase in my thirst levels. Some slight nasuea and I feel hungry just two hours after eating sometimes less! Hello,
thanks for the query

Am not sure of your age however, from the history you have given
above you could be suffering from a metabolic disorder and most
likely disorder in glucose metabolism(diabetes).

Increase thirst and increase appetite could be symptoms of Diabetes
mellitus. Tingling as well could be as a result of prolong uncontrolled
Diabetes. To rule out diabetes mellitus, you need to do a fasting blood
sugar i.e. your blood sugar level will be tested after a fasting of
8 hours.

However, a good history and careful examination is paramount before
any laboratory examinations. So it would be better to meet a doctor for
detail examination.

Hope this helps. If you have further query, i will be glad to help.
Best regards
Dr Achuo
