What Does Infiltrative Lesions In The Right And Left Zones Mean ?

Dear Sir/Madam, My wife s X-ray impression are as follows, 1.Infiltrative lesions with consolidation in right upper and mid zones. 2.Infiltrative lesions in left upper zone.Koch s etiology is likely. 3.followup examination is advised. Please explain what it could be.Is it TB or any serious problem.Any way tomorrow morning we are going to consult a doctor .

Hi,thanks for query.The report is suggestive of possibility of tuberculosis of lungs along with secondary infection.Other things like physical examination,blood counts and sputum examination will help in this.Please see your doctor and get her treated.Give her good diet rich in protein and complete the course of medicines as advised by your doctor.
