What Does Inflammatory Change In Maxillary Sinus On CT Scan Suggest?

Hello. I just received my results from a CT scan of my sinuses and it said the following which I do not know what it all means. If you could help please would be great. it says...Mild mucosal thickening is noted in the left maxillary sinus without hyperostosis to suggest chronic sinusitis. A partially ossified septum is noted in the posterior aspect of the left maxillary sinus which may be the sequelae from previous left maxilla fracture. The left ostiomeatal complex is not clearly defined, agian likely secondary to previous trauma or surgery. The rest of the paranasl sinuses and the bilateral mastoid air cells are patent. The right ostiomeatal complex is patent. Bilateral concha bullosa of the middle turbinates are noted. The nasal septum remains midline. No destructive focal bony lesion. IMPRESSION: Mild sinus inflammatory change in the left maxillary sinus, with a partially ossified septum in the posterior aspect of the sinus, which may be secondary to previous trauma.
