What Does Inflammatory Changes With Parakeratosis On Pap Smear Suggest?

Hi, my pap smear last year showed LSIL with HPV associated changes. My gynecologist ordered an HPV DNA screen for me and it came out negative for the following HPV strains: 16, 18, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51,52,56, 58, 59, 66, and 68. The following pap smear 3 months later showed inflammatory changes with parakeratosis and squamous cell metaplasia. Now 6 months later I underwent another pap and am waiting for the results to come out. I'm still worried. Does this mean I have a benign HPV and it is yet to clear out? Before the LSIL, I never had a "normal" pap, it was always inflammatory with changes later such as parakeratosis. Any advice at this point would be appreciated.
