Hi, I had my pa smear yesterday and my report says this: Benign cellular changes. Smear is inflammatory with mild collection of polymorphs and lymphocytes. Background shows mucoid material. Organisms: Nil Epthelial cell abnormality: Nil Squamous Cells: Superficial cells are seen Glandular cells: Clusters of endocervical cells are seen

Hi, I think your paps smear is fine except for some infections. But if you don't have any white discharge or pain in lower abdomen, it is nothing to worry about.
