Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The pain that you are having is mainly because of acidity, more likely due to excessive drinking with less consumption of food to balance it.

Take tablet Omez 20, and syrup Gelusil. Consult your physician for prescription. Also try to consume less oily foods, less alcohol, less tea and coffee.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Jinela Desouza
