I have pain all across my lower abdomen but especially on the inside of my right hipbone. The pain isn t severe most of the time. Kind of comes and goes, but occasionally gets sharp...it feels like trapped has but I ve had this pain since Tuesday or Wednesday (I can t remember for sure) Sometimes the pain moves to my navel area, but then dissipates...
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
The pain you are feeling on the inside of your right hipbone moving to your navel area could be due to acute appendicitis. However, colitis and urinary issues should be ruled out through : - abdominal ultrasound - complete blood count - urine analysis - good physical examination
For the moment I can only suggest to take mephenamic acid and consult immediately with your doctor.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
