What Does Intermittent Swelling Of The Neck Glands Indicate?

Normally when I become over tired, my neck glands will swell. Which indicates my body needs to slow down and rest. However, my neck glands have been swelling off and on since June. I try to catch up on sleep and rest during the weekend, but it seems like this is going on way too long, and I am pretty worn out by the evening. I exercise at least 4 times a week, eat healthy, don t smoke and drink alcohol in moderation. I take estrogen & progesterone now for 3 years, Zurtec for allergies one time per day since February. Not sure what my next move should be.
