Hello,

Your ultrasound report means that it has detected some retained products of conception in the uterus. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a gynecologist as neglect will cause bleeding, infection, fever & other complications. After clinically examining, the treating Gynae will remove the retained products of conception by D & C or by the best method that will suit you.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
