What Does Interval Resolution Of Right Lower Lobe Pneumonia Mean?

Hi I had a chest x ray and looked at the report it says Interval resolution of right lower lobe pneumonia. , can you tell me what this means? The doctor told me I had pneumonia about a 1.5 ago and this was my second x ray trying to determine what the second report says.

Interval resolution means the anatomical changes in the lower part of your lung due to pneumonia is reduced or resolved when compared to previous X-ray findings.This also indicates that you have responded well to therapy and you are now free of disease!
