What Does It Mean If I Am Drinking A Lot

What does it mean if I am drinking a lot of water but my urine is very yellow in color. I am also very nausiated and 5 days ago I woke oup in the middle of the night vomiting and the next 24 hours I was sleeping on and off but everytime I woke up it was because I had pains in my stomach that felt like I was being stabbed over and over. Still very nausiated and not feeling well at all.
